Thank you for being here, we're Becca & Lau & we're grateful to be able to share this space with you! We are both Arts Psychotherapists (HCPC) and have a vast amount of experience supporting individuals therapeutically, having both worked in private practice & within organisations such as the NHS & charitable settings since qualifying in 2016.
In addition to this, Lau is a Sound Therapist, having trained under one of the world's leading Gong Practitioners, Sheila Whittaker. Becca is also a qualified Cacao Practitioner & specialises in using cacao therapeutically. ​

WHAT WE OFFER
PSYCHOTHERAPY
We provide 1-1 arts psychotherapy sessions online and face to face in Exeter, Devon.
​
Becca specialises in supporting women & the LGBTQ+ community with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress & menstrual cycle conditions, as well as issues specific to the LGBTQ+ community.
Becca also facilitates cacao-assisted psychotherapy sessions.
​
Lau specialises in supporting adults with disordered eating patterns, body image issues & eating disorders. They have extensive experience working with a wide range of individuals in this area of expertise, including those in the LGBTQ+ community.
SOUND HEALING
We provide monthly group gong bath sessions, as well as private
1-1, couples & group gong baths. We also regularly host retreat days & workshops.

All our gong baths & sound healing sessions are ran by Lau, who is a qualified Sound Therapist registered with The College of Sound Healing. Our sessions are always trauma-informed, person-centred & therapeutic in nature.

Our regular group gong baths run in Topsham one Friday evening a month & in Exeter one Sunday morning a month. Our retreats & workshops are held throughout the year in a variety of locations across Devon.​​​​
CACAO
We provide regular group cacao ceremonies & gatherings, as well as private 1-1, couples & group cacao ceremonies.

All our cacao ceremonies are facilitated by Becca, who is a registered Cacao Practitioner through Keith's Cacao. Becca feels passionate about supporting individuals to use ceremonial grade cacao, a powerful psychoactive plant medicine, to support their physical, emotional & spiritual health & wellbeing.

As well as using cacao in a ceremonial setting & as a therapeutic tool, Becca also supports individuals to use cacao in their everyday life as a way to enhance their overall happiness, creativity & energy levels.
